Client Server Communication

I am in need to encrypted socket communication between c++ to php. 1) Client Exe will encrypt information => 2) Create a socket connection to server and send this encrypted information 3) .php on server will intercept this information and decrypt it =>4) using this decrypted information connect to sql server =>5) Information will then be sent back to the Client exe 6) Client exe will printf the information sent from the server. This isn't very complicated but I don't have time to make it.
