Boonex Dolphin Project

We have a Boonex Dolphin website. We need these customization: -) Simple css and html work on homepage. -) Capability of posting in 3 different walls for 3 different categories. So the user will be able to choose a categories for what he posts. Categories should be selected in Radio Button type. -) Capability of Subscription. When user X subscribe user Y, user X will be informed whenever user Y posts something. Like Twitter, Facebook, etc. -) Some minor adjustments for example removing buttons of menu or ad new buttons. Simple works! -) You should be so flexible and open to new minor changes. -) You need to know CSS as well. We have a tight budget. Thanks,
