Complete My CMS build in C# and ASP.NET

Hi I want someone who have experience in C#, ling, WCF, and asp.net to finish my CMS Admin Part only. attached screenshoot of my current screen shoot the changes I want are 1-add form authentication and UI to manage users (add, delete, update) 2- currently the button text alway edit (Add javascript funcation to change the name to "add" if add new page option selected) 3-improve the UI 4-Allowed user to delete page 5-write WCF to got sub pages 6- show confirmation message when user save the changes I am looking for long term contract I have many other project Regards Rani
