codeigniter : fix bug and redirect all unsuccessful transactions to failure page

there is an error with my payment system, whenever users cancel a transaction it stores the correct response code in a table but still stores transaction as successful. i need all unsuccessful transaction redirected to failure page and also store correct failure response code and not display unsuccessful transaction in payment table
