Article Directory Submissions Needed

This project entails submitting five (5) articles (provided by buyer) to twenty-five (25) major distribution, high-quality article directories. These articles are between 500 and 1000 words apiece, and are on the topics of writing and editing. This is a routine submission job; however, as each directory has different submission guidelines that the coder will be responsible for following, priority will be given to those coders who have previous experience with this type of work or who can demonstrate a complete understanding of the requirements. Article resource/attribution line will give name and link provided by buyer. If this job is completed successfully, there will probably be similar work in the future. ## Deliverables 1. Articles will be provided in plain text format. Coder will re-format articles, as needed, to comply with submission requirements (including the addition of HTML). 2. Coder will submit articles to 25 major distribution directories of the coder's choosing that meet the following requirements: * Directory must have Google PR of 4+ * Directory must make resource link live * Directory must be free to submit articles to * Directory must give author attribution and backlink * Directory must *not* be [login to view URL] If necessary, buyer will provide a list of directories that meet these requirements for the coder to choose from. 3. Articles will be submitted using buyer's name and link for the attribution. 4. If resource box/bio text is needed, it will be provided by buyer. 5. If account creation is required for submission, coder may use his/her own address or an email address provided by the buyer - coder's choice (see below for exception). If an account login is needed to track article stats (views, comments, etc.), account will use email address provided by buyer, and will become the property of buyer upon job completion. 6. Coder will provide a list of all directories submitted to, and any info needed to track articles' progress/stats. 7. Buyer will retain all copyright on articles. 8. Project will be complete when the articles are *fully* accepted (not pending approval) for distribution by all 25 directories. However, this clause will be waived if the article is rejected for reasons beyond the coder's control, including the article's: * Grammar * Content * Spelling or other proofreading issues * Any other issue not explicitly stated within this project contract to be the responsibility of the coder. * * *This broadcast message was sent to all bidders on Monday May 8, 2006 8:26:38 AM: Hello. Several of you have asked to see the articles, or get an indication of their content. While I am not opposed to this, the requests seemed irrelevant to the project, until I realized that they are probably related to Point #8 of the *Deliverables* Section: "Project will be complete when the articles are fully accepted (not pending approval) for distribution by all 25 directories." As this entails possible issues that are beyond the control of the coder, such as article content, grammar, style, etc., I will be amending this point to make clear that it only applies to matters that the coder is responsible for, such as formatting the article to comply with each directory's submission guidelines. So many highly qualified coders have bid on this project that just cho osing one will be difficult. ## Platform Articles will be provided to coder in plain text format.
