Audit 10 Selected Websites for Currency and Accuracy

I need someone to "audit" websites to identify whether or not the content is up to date. This involves visiting each website (I will nominate 10 in the first instance) and working through each (or at least most) pages of the site (up to 50 pages max)and recording the results of those pages that have errors or out of date information. The audit tool contains the following fields: Page title URL Out of date content (or error) description Date expired Action required to fix Level of urgency (ie low, medium, high) Suggested frequency of update (eg weekly, monthly, annually) Each of the text boxes in this audit tool (currently in ms word format) requires either a word or a sentence only to complete. It is not expected that every site visited will have errors or out of date content. Clicking through about 10 pages will identify whether the site is likely to have out of date content/errors. If nothing is identified withint he first 10 pages, move on to the next nominated site. This job is for 10 COMPLETED AUDIT REPORTS (ie where errors have been identified). I will provide the URL's of as many sites as required to get 10 completed reports. I will provide a copy of the audit tool to the winning coder, along with samples of completed audits and notes about how to complete the tool. It takes a competent person around 30 minutes to complete an audit of a 50 page site. If these 10 audits are completed satisfactorily, I will contract the coder on an ongoing basis - at a rate to be negotiated. I will also discuss providing the coder with a "bonus" for audits that lead to a sale (details to be discussed with successful coder). This is a fairly straightforward job that can be completed easily by a competent person with very good english skills. Thanks for your interest in this job and I look forward to receing your bid.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

All. Just need an internet connection (preferably broadband) and microsoft word (though if this is a problem, let me know and we can discuss alternatives).
