Bloggers wanted! Writers with niche hobbies required

I am looking to form partnerships with writers/bloggers on a long term ongoing basis. You will write a blog on a niche topic that you are already actively interested in. You should already be a active online in the area of your chosen topic, for example moderating a forum or writing an existing personal blog. English must be your first language. I will provide domain, hosting, blogging software, basic templates and payment per post. I shall retain ownership of the domain and all content. You will provide subject knowledge and content for the blog. You will make topical posts to the blog on a regular basis, and attract links, comments and visitors from the community that you are a part of, and also moderate the blog. Initially I will provide a basic Wordpress blog, and pay you on a 'per post' basis. This is a token payment, and should increase as your blog grows in popularity. I will also assist in providing inbound links to the blog, and guidance to help your blog grow. Once your blog is established, I will allow changes to the format and template of your blog. I expect that once your blog is popular I will add advertisements to produce revenue. Please do not bid for this work with a simple price. I expect an interesting response, possibly to include bio, sample posts, and links to your other online works. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
