Build a new e-commerce web site

I have two existing web sites, one of which I would like to get set up with a more professional look and feel. I initialy created the web sites my self, but the business is getting larger, and I need it to handle customers in different ways. 1) Shopping Cart Software (For the moment I'm using PayPal) 2) I need to set it up so customers can download my software from the site after paying for it first. 3) If the customers do not wish to download the product, I will mail it to them. 4) There is a specialty forum on the site that needs to be completed 5) I may have a couple of free software demos that need to be downloadable by my customers. 6) By Spring of 2004, I plan on having six to eight software titles for sale 7) For the moment I have two software titiles for sale, though by February I shall have two more. 8) I have a new merchant and gateway account other than paypal. 9) I may want a sales chat created so customers may converse with me or others in my company. I'd appreciate any reccommendations. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) I must be able to edit and publish the web site myself after you have done your work. ## Platform I'm truly not certain what to enter for a platform, please advise with bid.
