Create Microsoft Access Database and Order Entry Face

We are a Christian Non-Profit Company looking to build a new database to house all of our contact and order information. We have two separate TV Ministries that are broadcast internationally. Both of the databases would be essentially the same with a few minor differences. We would need an order entry front for all of our contacts, products, station information, payment type/and donation information. We will need to be able to print out receipts with customer and order information, and be able to sort the way that they are printed based on different criteria, as well as mailing labels. We would also like to have a way to process credit cards through this program if possible. We will need to be able to print reports with many different types of criteria. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform We would prefer that the program is done in Microsoft Access. Each computer will have Microsoft Access 2003 Installed. The computers that are going to be using it are windows based with Windows 2000 and XP. We will have approximately 5 concurrent users, so we will install on a network shared drive and need the users to access from their own workstation. The current database is done in Microsoft Access 97, so the data would need to be easily transferrable.
