DataBase / Hardware Integration

Need application to be able to send user input, Intel Webcam Photo (Twain), Canon Flatbed Scanner (Twain) Biometricaccess fingerprint data into any database. BDE, Access, SQL (Whatever is Easiest). Need device level access to get input from all devices with Custom Form(s) Minimal user intervention. Simple Database to have main key be the ID # Entered/Created by User. Then Webcam takes Photo, Fingerprint Form Prompts user, Reader Scans Template and Compares Once, then puts fingerprint into database (Biometric device used is image based not point to point) user is prompted and places 2-3 items on Scanner to be image scanned which also gets put into Database. Needs to be written in Delphi 6 Professional. Background Image of Form(s) included. Application to be designed for 800x600 display full screen, no titles or external bars.

## Deliverables

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code and all Delphi Project and associated files of all work done.
