Amazon AWS S3 program

We are looking for the following outcome based on Amazon AWS S3 and Drupal. -Create a software program which works on all Microsoft Windows OS's (windows xp, vista, 7, 8, server 2008, server 2012) -Software program maps a drive letter to a Amazon AWS S3 storage bucket -When the end user installs the program it asks them just 2 questions --Question 1 = username and password --Question 2 = drive letter to use for mapping -Software talks to a drupal website --username and password tells the software the Amazon S3 settings which are stored on the Druapl site ---Aws details are related to the bucket information. Each username has a different bucket which is created automatically when a new drupal account is created. Users are not able to see other users buckets. ---AWS S3 account keys to establish the Drupal to S3 connection is set by the Drupal site administrator/owner. -Drupal site also looks after billing via paypal for storage chosen by end user. They can change this size at any time. Billing is always a month in advance. Changing storage takes effect immediately. --software limits the usable storage of the mapped drive based on storage chosen by end user on drupal site. (software needs to check with drupal site each time it connects and every 4hrs) -software remembers username and password so end user sees no prompts when they start their machine --there is a settings area where they can change the username and password --if there is no internet connection when they click on the drive mapping then they get error saying couldn't connect but drive doesn't disappear or prompt to be removed like how windows does for network drive mappings. Next time they have a internet connection it should work without having to do anything special. Above are the core requirements - an SRS document will be provided to the best bids.
