Access VBA Assist 10 hrs- week, every week

I need regular on-going assistance from _one or more_ knowledgeable programmers to help with our Legacy MS-Acess application (Access 2003). This first project is for 10 hours of work to begin design or revision of tables, forms, queries and reports. If the relationships is satisfactory I would then want to buy through RAC 10 hours every week for many weeks. The number of hours per week could increase up to 20, 30 or 40 if you have time available. Each block of 10 hours would be documented in RAC and paid immediately upon completion. We ask that you be available _at least_ an hour or two per week- day in case we have small but immediate needs. We do understand you have other work and do not expect immediate assistance except in the case of an emergency error. You must have a Cable, DSL or faster Internet connection because we will give you a _Remote Desktop Connection_ so you can reivew all elements in the applcation including approximately 200 Forms and 100 Reports and to alter those objects and write code assuring us that the forms work as intended. All work will be done in the MS-Access container. All specifications and feedback will be through the RAC system but you must install and keep _MSN Instant Messanger_ active on their computer at all times so we can quickly alert you to new RAC messages. This is especially important if you are in a different time zone so we can catch each other when our work hours overlap. Attached is a very general summary of our work.
