Add post data to MySQL and configure server

Simple program on top of MySQL plus web server configuration and remote maintenance. (Suggest PHP but can be in any open source code - please specify preference) a) Code to accept a https post. Posts will contain a number of variables and attached jpg and text files, add the variables into a single table in MySQL with a date stamp, and the files to separate directories with the location and name of the files also in that table b) Create secure web page that displays new (unchecked) records of the table with a link to the attached files and allows the user to view the records and mark the record in the table as "checked". c) When server receives a post - send email message to predefined address saying new post and a link to a new web page for just the new post and to the web page (b) above d) configuration of the web server, loading the software onto the server and maintaining it Note this is a first project, we need on-going remote webmaster work as we will have a number of MySQL driven web sites and are getting code written for them (potentially in variety of languages) and will want the code loaded up on to remote web servers, configured and everything put into working shape (referring back to original software coder if needed so don't need detailed coding knowledge of wide variety of languages). We're in central London but don't care where you are - so long as your spoken and written English is impeccable and you are in the same time zone +/- 2 hours. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MySQL (Suggest PHP but can be in any open source code - please specify preference)
