Add theme and login into blog and message board

We are after a coder to add a created theme to both our blog and messageboard. These have both already been installed on the system. The blog being used is: [boastMachine v3.1][1] The message board being used is: phpBB 2.0.21 We want to have a standard login for both (i.e. the user only logs in once in the system and stays logged in for both the blog and messageboard). This should be a very easy project for anyone experienced in PHP. We will give coders the location of the messageboard, blog and template once you contact us.
