Adding HTTP Headers to HTML files using PHP HEADER Function

I need HTTP headers added to my HTML pages using the HEADER function. The headers are P3P compact privacy policy code. The actual header I need appended to my HTML pages is: CP="ALL DSP COR PSAa PSDa OUR NOR ONL UNI COM NAV" I also want you to use the INCLUDE function or equivelant function, so future editing will be simple. The P3P code must maintain it's format, in order to be compatible with IE. This is a simple project that will likely only take you 10-15 minutes, so it must be delivered the day your bid is accepted.
