Adding payment buttons to our site

Our site is [[url removed, login to view]][1] Our objective is for the reader to sign up to sponsor a child and pay immediately online. For this we have an account with [[url removed, login to view]][2] AlertPay supports subscriptions but does not allow the subscription amount to be left blank for the donor to fill in. We therefore need to create a series of different subscription buttons, each with a different dollar amount, to give the donor adequate choice. These buttons need to be inserted to suitable points in our site. We need to say for example, To sponsor a child now, just click on the monthly dollar commitment that you are happy to make: $10 a month, $20 a month, $50 a month, $100 a month, $200 a month, $500 a month, $1000 a month. Our site needs touching up. For example, some AlertPay loading instructions are visible at the bottom of the site, and there is an AlertPay button virtually out of sight. The job description is therefore to tidy up the site and to create the above 7 payment options with AlertPay and to insert self explanatory payment buttons for these options in suitable places on the site.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Am lost with this question. I just want the great majority of viewers of the website to be able to click on a payment button to choose how much they wish to sponsor for, and to be able to pay using AlertPay immediately.
