Affiliate Script Modification(repost)

This is a very simple PHP/MySQL project. I would prefer to hire someone that is familiar with the script Easy Click Mate and [login to view URL], but it's not absolutely necessary. Details for Easy Click Mate are at www.easyclickmate.com. Basically, it manages buyers of digital products at [login to view URL] and also affiliates that sign up to promote the products. I have been told that what I need can be accomplished using CSS and not PHP, but I'm not sure. I would like the following modifications to Easy Click Mate: Ability to use a custom graphical layout for each installation instead of the default one. The header and left navigation graphics will vary with each installation. Left navigation links should point to the affiliate tools that promote the site. When someone clicks on one of these links, they should be taken to a page where they can see the actual tool displayed on the page *and* also have the option to copy the code from a text field below the tool. The code should already have the affiliate's link pre-coded into it. The header graphic will have 6 links across the top: Home, My URL, My Stats, My Profile, Contact Us, Log Out. "Home" takes them to the default page when they first login to the affiliate console. "My URL" simply shows them their affiliate link. "My Stats" shows them their statistics. With the default configuration of the script, this is the landing page when they login, but I don't want it to be. "My Profile" shows them the profile they created when they signed up as an affiliate. In the default installation, this opens in a pop up window when clicked on. It is okay to keep it this way. "contact Us" takes them to a page where they can send us a message. "Log Out" logs them out. Interested in this project? Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
