Application Styling and Design (1404897)

We are currently building a new application and require a new look and style from an experienced designer.? We are developing this in visual studio and will be using WPF to build the screens.? We have a functional prototype but now wish it to be styled so that we have 2 skills that we can deploy that style the screen and the user controls.? Attached is an example of the screen that I have mocked up (but i'm no designer) and I hope the make it look like itunes or windows 7 incorporating modern design, easy of use and perhap a carolsel seletion method for the options as this would impress users.
