I am looking for someone to design a template for use on a Scrapbooking site. I want the size (kb) of the page to be kept small - under 30kb. This should be a 3 column page design. The left navigation should have text links - not graphic links. The right column should be the same as the left. The entire page must be fully visible in 800x600 resolution. The center column should resize to the size of the browser. If CSS can be used for the layout that would be excellent to put the main column text first in the HTML code. This is not a requirement although let me know if you can do this. The code should validate. The top of the page needs to have a fun, catchy header. Please show me some samples of your work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
