Automate our monthly listing of Special Offers

We provide an html email Bulletin Board to club members with a listing of special offers from local businesses . The listing is also provided on a website as well. We want to duplicate his service in other communities and streamline and automate the process. We are a small start-up and are technically challenged. We realize there are turn-key online database services for dummies (like [login to view URL] , etc.) that can accomplish what we need without doing any custom work or coding?. But we dont even want to figure out how to use any of those turn-key solutions! We are looking for a Guro that will do it for us. There are two functions that are time or space consuming and need to be brought into the 21st century. You may bid on both or just one of them. They are as follows- 1- Currently we pay a guy to manually create offers coupons for each advertiser and then we create a sub-page to host the coupon on. Club Members view the listing of businesses on the bulletin board and then click on a link that takes them to the coupon. We need a system that has a coupon template so that all we need to do is cut and paste the special offer verbiage and advertisers logo into a coupon template. 2- We have a listing of offers by industry category. Our members scroll down the page to see all of the offers. As our listing grows, the page gets longer! WE are thinking about some type of database that enables a Club Member to view a drop down menu and quickly choose the category they are interested in. (It would be nice if this could integ rate geographical options so that one database would work for all community bulletin boards instead of having to create separate ones for separate communities. The service needs to be compatable with both our website and our html emails. We believe there are existing services that can easily accommodate these functions and we need a Guru that can identify which service would be best and integrate it into our existing service and server. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Needs to work on our website and also in our html emails
