I would like to have a program created for scoring 9-ball and 8-ball league matches in accordance with APA Rules & Regulations (see [[login to view URL]][1] and [[login to view URL]][2][][3] for scorekeeping information). I will have a chat to provide details to bidders on 5/13/04 around 7PM CDT..
I currently have an Excel spreadsheet formatted and working which provides the majority of the functionality required, however, I would like to investigate the development of a standalone program to do the same and more. I will post these to the bid request before 5/13/04.
I want to be able to input league members, member numbers, skill levels and score results and to retrieve a member information when placing them in a game. The program must automatically calculate the required number of games to win or balls to pocket based on their opponents skill level and calculate the team's score as the matches are completed. Other details available upon request.
