Booking System

An online booking system for a vetenairy surgery. A website using flash mc will be self-developed. What is required is an additional webpage which allows customers to book thier pets in for a visit with choices of available dates. This part should be online. What one hopes to achieve is the ability to link the self developed website to the online booking system. The online booking system, must be fully functional. It has to generate reports which shows what customers have booked. It must have an optional field which allows customers to give a description of the pet type, problem and prefered dates. Administrator (myself) will have a login and password active in order to view daily reports of customer interaction with the system. (Booked appointments). A fully functional online system is very important as it will be linked to the website. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
