CSS Expert Needed for Bug Fixes

NOTE: THIS PROJECT HAS AN EXTREMELY SHORT DEADLINE (12 hours). Please reply only if you can finish it by August 3, 8AM (EST). Thanks! I have tried troubleshooting for a long time with no results. These HTML documents reference multiple stylesheets, so the problem may lie in there. I am trying to integrate a design into HTML/CSS. The HTML/CSS shell is there, I mainly just need someone to troubleshoot. I need someone to: 1) Troubleshoot link colors/underlines for various elements. (for some reason, the h3 links are not displaying properly, and they are entirely the wrong color in IE). Additionally: 2) Create a very simple form styled with CSS. 3) Integrate 3-5 more pages into CSS/HTML. This will be super-easy, as 95% of the elements are already in place. I will give you the shell of CSS/HTML, and you will populate it. Only around 1-2 divs need to be edited/created per page.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

-Should work on IE, Firefox, Safari, and Opera. -Should be W3C compliant. - Should NOT use inline elements (should ONLY reference external stylesheet)
