PHP Script written using libCurl to interface to Salesforce.com. (You can sign-up for a trial account to develop/test.)
The script will be passed a username and password to authenticate to the site at <[login to view URL]>
The script will also be passed:
Email Address - Email of a Contact in salesforce.
Comments - Text comments to be posted to the Contact's Activity History.
The script must search on the email address to verify that the Contact exists and to retrieve the unique Contact Identifier. If the Contact doesn't exist then exit.
If the Contact exists, the script must use the Contact Identifier to post a form called "Log a Call" to the Contact with the Comments.
The script must verify that the Form was succesfully posted.
I have been succesfull at writing a script to authenticate to Salesforce but I'm having problems with the security or cookies that Salesforce uses in order to traverse the subsequent "pages."
