Community Resident Content Management System

Community Resident Content Management System using php and MySql and Dreamweaver that I can integrate into an existing website. It will require: a login screen an address book a Community Calendar a Document Viewer/Downloader submit requests message forum community links page Services page See details below. ## Deliverables Community Resident Content Management System with the following features: I want this to be done in PHP and MySQL and Dreamweaver. I want to be able to integrate it into and existing website. The website I want to integrate it into is [[login to view URL]][1] I will need all of the source code to integrate and change and as needed by my customer. 1. Need a login box with Enter Username: Enter Password: Forgot password? Users will already be assigned usernames and passwords. If they forget their username and password, have them enter their username (which will be their last name) and generate a new password and email it to them using the email address that is stored with the username. Once logged into the resident portion of the website, the following functions need to be available: **My Account:** ??" change password, email address, phone number, cell phone, pager etc. Basically they can modify all of the user personal info. User Fields: Last Name: First Name: Spouse First Name: Spouse Last Name; Street Address: Home Phone: Cell Phone: Number of Children: Children’s Names/ Ages (dynamic based upon number of children) Number of Pets Type of pet (dynamic based upon number of pets) Name of pet (dynamic based upon number of pets) **Addresss Book:** Search by last name, search by street **Community Documents:** This section will list the title and description of documents and allow users to download or view a document. It should also show what type of document it is, ie .pdf, .doc, .ppt, .xls etc **Community Calendar:** Inertactive calendar that will display community events. Events can be added or deleted by a specified admin user. There should be different views of the calendar available to the user. (ie month view, week view, day view, year view). Events will be labeled as public or private. All events will be viewable in this portion of the website, but on the part of the website that does not require resident login, only public events will be viewable. **Submit Request to reserve clubhouse**: User needs to specify: Date: Time: Number of Hours Needed: What type of event will you be hosting? This request needs to be forwarded by email to 1 or more email addresses to be specified at a later date. **Message Forum:** **Services:** Let user be able to request to add category for service and info, forward request to webmaster for approval. Babysitters: Pet Sitters: **Community Links**: This will be a page where links can be added by someone with administrative access. Ie links to school calendars, weather, restaurants, home owners association etc. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
