Copy exisiting website - Order Form

I need a coder to build a site like: [login to view URL] Here are some top level requirements: 1. Site must be in php, database driven. 2. Create basic layout, 3. site will have the following pages a Index page, we will put the content there and pictures b About page c. sponsorships page d. how it works page e. Apply page - with registration form The registration form, it must look and operate just like the site we are copying. Infact everything must work and operate like this site. The customer fills out this form and WE must be able to login to admin location and see the data. Database driven! 1. Customer must recieve thank you email, 2. Admin area, must have option to email customer confirmation, directly from the admin area, after processing their order. 3
