I am looking to build a coupon site much like the Dine-A-Mate idea. Consumers will be able to buy a subscription to the site thru thier local school, organization, etc. They will then be able to sign on and print coupons from this site. But I need to be able to limit the number of times a coupon can be printed or is displayed to THAT user. As in a discount book, once you rip it out and use it, it's gone.
It would also be handy if the I had an admin panel for the advertisers as well, a simple uniform coupon add, delete etc. I also want to be able to offer different packages to the advertisers such as a clickable web address on the coupon to thier respective site, coupon banner rotation on the site (ex: limited number of advertisers will be able to have thier coupon displayed at the top of the page when page loads)
Lastly, I will be allowing co-branding to the organizations. When a consumer first gets to the site they will be able to decide which organization they want to buy a membership from (ex: Smith Middle School Band Fund) Thus advertisers will be able to decide how many "books" and which "books" they want to appear in.
Start up funds are low but will agree to a bonus program after site is up and running, also will give credit on site for programmer as well as programming credits on parent site.
PHP is preferred language.
I will install.
