Custom CMS type software

Hello Coders! I am in need of a very clean, simple CMS script.. Written with PHP, mySQL This CMS script will need to be something started from scratch.. I will be integrating this script into my clients website design. I will need this software to be setup using templates, so I can easily edit the design, and elements on each different website I do. I need an administrators panel, that my clients can login to. From here they will have a variety of options. Here is a list of what I need: - File editor (from here they can make new files, edit, or delete). When a new file is made, it will use the sites template as the design, but with their content - News editor - Poll editor - Navigation link editor - Site options (They can change sites title, text color, link color ect..) - Member area (They will have the option to setup a simple member area.. nothing complex here) I will need a folder which will contain "modules". This will be a library of different scripts (which I will provide). I need the admin panel to recognize the files that are in this folder, so my clients can simply select which one they want, and paste it onto their page when they are editing their sites content. If I was to make a module called "ContactForm", this would be a fully functional contact form written in php.. It would basicly put a php include or something into their content, so the form will show up.. The main goal in this project, is ease of use for my customers, and even me (when integrating it with new designs) I'm not sure on the pricing, so give me your best bid, and your past experience. I want a coder who is friendly and very experienced. I want to work along side you in this project, to give my input, so being on aim/ msn is a great plus have a great day ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php, mysql
