Custom Wordpress Template or Website

*Needs to be a fully working website/wordpress template which ever you decide is best* I need a custom wordpress template created that will also be fully functional including buttons, banners, header, paypal cart integrated, and more. See what I am thinking of making below. Description * Visitors will pay a certain price for their website to be posted. This is the heart of the blog since it is the main attraction for people to get their site out there. Will work like this: *Visitor buys a post using the paypal integration. *They send the title/description to me and once approved it is listed on the blog. *I was thinking of making it so the users that wish to spend more will get more exposure and have bulk submission rates but we can talk about that if it is too much work for you. *Once I approve or deny they will get an email if they have been listed. * Button labeled become editor with a page I will create text for. * I will need the designer to come up with more details/ideas as I can not think of that many at the moment. * See attached for a design idea I have 2 plug designs of course they are made in paid but get the general idea across I assume. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
