Customer Database Prog

I am lookinf for a customer databse prog to log all details of my customers for a gun shop and hunting supplies. Customer details: Name, Address, Tel, Mob, Dates of Purchase What they Purchased, I also want it to keep a record of the details of the gun equipment they bought i.e Gun make, Model, Serial No, Barrel Length, Calibre, price of my purchase and what customer purchased wethere there ws a gun traded in in part exchange and the details of it as well and i want all the serial numbers to cross reference to show me if any and all previous owners are on my database. i need to be fit to search my database via name or seial no or make and model plus i need to be fit to access them in alphabetical order. I also have to keep a hand written account of my gun stock in a journal i need the program to keep were the details are of each gun like i would click on a gun it would say gun details in book 4 line 6 on page 42 . The program should also keep a record of all the guns and there details i have in stock like make model serial no price of it costing me and rrp. i want also to be able to to print any of the customer detail details direct to my dymo label printer plus print the gun details to a label as well for gun tags also on my dymo label printer. I also want the program to fill in a few preprinted forms which i have to send by law with the customer details gun details etc gun traded in gun sold and so on the form can be filled in or prited whole evry time there will be a similar form as well I need the software to also to print me a sales invoice but do no accounting facilites but just keep a record of the invoice plus batch print them. I would also like a mailshot option for printing envelopes to all my customers. i would prefer that the program can be updated for a lter stage but the price will be for this projectnot the extars later ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows xp
