DMS application

My company is into placement. We receive thousands of resumes everyday against the requirements that we advertise for our clients. In turn we receive the resumes through emails which are stored in the POP3 email client like Eudora and MS Outlook. All the resumes are categorised into several folders and subfolder withing the mail client itself depending upon the industry eg. banking , IT , Finance , Architects , etc. These emails are received by several employees within the company depending on the email id advertised in the requirement. The need is to have a central respository /database for all these resumes and include advanced search inside the resume, received in .doc format. All existing resumes about 5 lac are currently stored in the mail clients of sevaral employees which need to be restrored into the database. In brief somekind of document management system is required so that the candidate databank is created , the security needs to be part of it so that the person responsible for a particular industry has the access and also can delegate access if required. There is Team leader who should have access to all profiles alongwith it's data structure in the mail client. Regards Rakesh ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Web based.
