Decipher JavaScript web page

I need immediate assistance understanding the use of Javascript on a web page that another developer created for me. Specifically, I want to take the page he has created and put it into Dreamweaver, so that I can work with it in layers rather than tables. Unfortunately, he has used some type of JavaScript that I don't understand. Because of this, I can't recreate the page in Dreamweaver. There is probably a really simple explanation for how to do it, but I am a newbie and don't have the skills to figure it out. ## Deliverables An explanation of what is happening on the page with regards to Javascript, or calls to a database that I do not understand. ## Platform Internet Explorer / Dreamweaver
