Design and Create Capture Page

I have a small project that can lead to a lot of future business if I hook up with a great coder. What I am looking for today is a capture page. I'll provide the headline and some copy, along with my-opt in box HTML, and you create 3 styles of capture page and then I will pick one of those and we can do some editing if needed. I'll need something with an eye grabbing red arrow (animated gif) graphic pointing near the right side of the page. It also needs clickable links for contact, terms, and privacy. I would like this project done in 3 days and I would also like you to check in and post the status of this project daily so I can review and get back with you on editing details. Please deliver finished webpage in HTM file. Thank you.
