We want a new web-site homepage design (basically a template) and stylesheet made in Frontpage, that is designed to match with our logo and brand. I can do the rest myself. We will be adding pages so the design must be expandable.
I want some space left at the top for text. I want a header designed for the site including our logo. I have our logo in an EPS file. Below the header I'd like a horizontal navigation bar.
Below that I'd like two or three columns. We need a vertical navigation bar with 10 buttons and plenty of room to add more. We also need a very prominently noticeable sign-up form for our special offer/newsletter, either in the left column or in a third column on the upper right.
I'd like a picture of happy children in the upper left column. (Other pages will include other pictures in that spot). At the bottom of the left column, I'd like a key, like at [[login to view URL]][1].
Some sites I like are: [[login to view URL]][2]; [[login to view URL]][3] , [[login to view URL]][4] (I like the way the horizontal button bar at the top works) [[login to view URL]][5] and [[login to view URL]][6].
I would like to send our stationary and business cards by snail mail, in order for the site to match our "brand".
I want the designer to be aware of search engine optimization issues.
