I need a person well versed in BING MAPS to write a program. I will provide a database of properties. The property will be labeled as the subject. My database will have the address, city, state and zip for all properties and LATITUDE AND LONGITUDE for MOST PROPERTIES. If the lat/lon is missing the program should fetch the lat-lon.
You need to find, place and label at the addresses on a BING MAP BIRDS EYE and size the map so that it CLOSEST POSSIBLE ZOOM. Save the map as a bmp or jpeg. Then rotate the map to the next 90 degree turn( n,s,e,w) The program needs to capture the jpg or bmp for each N,S,E,W and save it as the client with N-, S-, E-, W- in front of the clientID. Then zoom out to street level and save the street level map with a ST- in front of the client id. So in short each property will have 5 jpg's or bmp's saved.
A start at record number feature and pause between records feature is required. I need the option to save the image to a specified folder and or path the can be changed. Image size should be adjustable. ie 350 x 750 pr 300 x 300

I have had a project done similar to this before. They used excel and it worked fine.
I can provide the client id, address and lat lon, in a dbf, db, txt, or csv.
