Debugging a Facebook Application

I have an application written in PHP that is established inside of Facebook. Ran well for 18 months while we developed and tested it. About three weeks ago it stopped loading! We get very generic messages from the browser saying it cannot connect.
We have pinged server, revied secret keys, codes, app id and everything we can think of. Our SSL is valid too
