I am looking to have a website built around this forum.
It will NOT need one central login that will link with the forum.
I will require only 1 version of a matching template designed that can be used throughout the website.
I would like this website to have 'floating' edges, meaning it will stretch to match any resolution.

Details:
The top should be a flash banner (and there is some simple animation I would like it to have, which will be discussed in further in PM. This banner will be approx 200px high.) and the rest of the website will be:
A left button menu and main content in html and css (please refer to very rough sketch attached)
Please provide links to your portfolio or examples of your work when bidding.
OPTIONAL:
Adding a (VERY SIMPLE) working store with checkout etc.
Please PM me about adding the store to the website if it will cost extra to have done.
