ActionScript (AS3) Coder for Month-long, Full-time contract, preferably onsite in Panchkula India 25-Oct 25 - 25-Nov

I am looking to hire an expert, experienced **ActionScript 3 coder** for a month-to-month freelance contract playing a key role in development of an offline/online eLearning program. Our need is immediate. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MINE BY RESPONDING IF YOU ARE NOT AN ******EXPERIENCED AS3 PROGRAMMER******. This bid is for freelancer to perform one month of coding for us on a full-time basis (at least 40 dedicated hrs per week). Note: We have a team of .NET coders and artists located in Panchkula, India (north of Delhi). **Preference will be given to AS3 coders who are able and willing to work on-site Panchkula India with our team and who are fluent in Hindi as well as capable of communicating in English.** We will supply you with a desk and workstation. Bidding advice: The rates we generally see in India for individual freelance AS3 coders is $500/mo, but we are willing to pay a little bit higher for exceptional, demonstrable skills, or if you are coming here from out of the region (in order to cover your lodging/meals expenses).
