Hello All Here are a few basic ground rules before bidding. **- I will not accept PICK ME BIDS (i will delete your bid) - Please clarify that you understand what is being asked - Please ask if you dont understand **I have included a zip file with a few banners; static, animated gif and flash. (not to be copied) just examples of sizes I am looking for someone who is creative, imaginative and who has knowledge using photoshop,flash and creating animated gifs. Datastream Designs (<[login to view URL]>) is my site and company. I am looking to have banners created for my affiliate program. I provide hosting and web design. So with that in mind something related to this is what i am looking for. You can judge by my site what the colors are etc. I leave this in your hands and mind to come up with something original. Please let it be original. I have already had one experience where someone just downloaded an app and sent it to me. **And if you come up with a cool logo (if you so choose so) we can work something out regarding that also. ** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform all
