Construction of a website/application similiar to GAF, Getacoder etc. You should deliever a complete working,tested,proffesional looking site with most of the features from GAF and Getacoder. You must be able to work independtly and come up with own creative solutions and proposals for putting it all together. This should be an application developed from scratch, you can't use any of those excisting freelance scripts that is out there for free. This is a very serious project and quality comes first. It would be best if we take it step by step I think, and you'll recieve payment as we proceed. Project includes: *Graphic desing/company profile (copyright free images and illustrations) *Flash elements *Set up/implement of payment solutions *Database desing *User interface *Research of similiar projects (pick out the best from leading sites) *Smart admin system *Installation/create backup system Some of the functions: *Search engine for projects and users *Rating system for users *Browse, sort users by rating *RSS feed *Image upload *User profiles *Non public projects *Different level of membership It's fully possible more features will be added as the project moves to completion, but also will the budget so have that in mind when placing a bid.
