Company Logo & Flash Headers

Hi everyone,
I am looking for someone to design a company logo, for use on websites, letterheads, shipping labels and other associated marketing materials.
I also require Flash headers/banners for use on our websites, these sites are still to be devloped.
Ideally the logo will consist of text and a design, unique to our company that can be used in the future as a label/brand on our own range of clothing.
While I have a basic idea of what I'm after, I require someone with creative flair who can take my initial idea that much further.
**Our initial requirements are:

1 flash banner for use in online advertising / web site
1 static banner for use in advertising and link exchange
A company logo, 1 in colour and 1 in black and white
Our company name redesigned (the way in which it looks, not the actual name).
Attached is a copy of what we are using at the moment.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Our exact requirements have now been added as well as an example of our current logo. The bidding deadline has also been extended.
## Platform
The logos should be compatible with all of todays popular business software packages and be fully scaleable without loss of resolution.
The flash header/banner should be compatible with all major browsers and web design packages.
