Complete website design

Hello, I hope you don’t mind me contacting you as I have been searching coders on the site for a good graphic designer. I have been working on a project for the last 12 months and seemed to have got no where with my existing team and thought its time to move on and find some one that can for fill what im looking to achieve. I am looking for a good graphic designer to design me a web hosting website. I have attached what my existing designer has come up with so far. I like the header bar with the gold tabs and the way the colours have two tones. But the rest f it im just not sure about. We wanted the site to consist of images instead of a lot of text. This will then keep the site looking clear crisp clean and easy to use and understand. We would prefer the images not to be in expressia design. We need to use expressia light design. The reason is because the icons on expressia are .png and they do a conversion on them to make the edgestransparent for Internet Explore. Can you tell me if you can do this. We would also need to start work on it ASAP. How soon could you start and what would be your best price for the whole project and how long would this take to complete.
