Convert Flash Theme to PhpNuke Theme

This is to convert a flash theme that I own a copy of to a phpnuke theme. See demo at <[login to view URL]> This demo only shows the header, main body of site and right side graphics. Footer and Left side are missing. The book graphic is being changed into a single page so that information doesn't have to be split between the graphical pages. A HTML version can be provided to the winning bidder only. All graphics will be provided to the winning bidder. All flash work will have to be done by winning bidder. Main elements of the theme that must remain: * The flash mini intro (man moving across screen, music and elements dropping into place) * The man and flash effects on the right side of the page (no blocks covering him) * The flash header bar (5 buttons and logo are above) Any other flash elements that can be kept would be considered bonus material. The bidder will have to know and use flash. Some flash elements will have have to be cut apart to be used. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
