Create visually pleasing testimonial viewer

My website [login to view URL] needs a new testimonial viewer. I need a way for customers to see testimonials which customers have said about me. The design needs to blend into the current site. I want it to follow the user as they scroll down the page and look like this: [login to view URL] I also want the testimonials to fade in and out one at a time in a very visually pleasing way which blends seamlessly with my current website design. I want each testimonial to be clickable so customers can see all my testimonials on a page which is linked to. I want the script which allows the testimonial box to follow the user down the page to also hold a few images which I'll select during the design phase of the project. Probably it will be a live chat button, but I want this to be fairly easy to edit myself if I do so choose. I need to be able to edit the testimonial on one page and have every page which contains the testimonial viewer display the updated information (don't want to have to copy and paste the code to multiple pages).
