Creation of building a corporate website for our company

PROJECT SCOPE We are in the Process of building a website for our company, in English. We are a company which specializes in SEO for global companies. Our website name has been registered and hosting has already been established. We currently have the text, design templates as well as graphics needs including artwork finished. We now seek someone who can launch the site for us based on our specific requirements within 3 days. Therefore the site should satisfy all the SEO requirements and should come to us as a turn-key site ready to be launched publicly. PAGES FOR CREATION We already have the design, we require the following pages to be developed: 1. Home 2. About Us 3. Services 4. Employment 5. Contact Us DESIGN & FUNCTIONALITY The website must be designed in a content management system and must permit us to do the following: 1. Create or delete pages from the CMS at the touch of a button 2. Change page images or background color at the touch of a button 3. WYSWYG editor for all text sections 4. Link building options in editor 5. Job posting template to add/remove postings with auto delete function based on expiration date of posting 6. Manual entry into pages from CMS for keywords/meta details 7. Built in tracking code from Google Analytics 8. The system must be absolutely simple to use even for somebody who has NO experience with web design, web administration or HTML.
