adult webcam website setup

Dear all Flash/PHP programmers, I have would like a small adult live webcam site built for myself (and up to 5 other ladies) using flash and the following, - Ability for users to save profiles (biographies) of models including pictures - Ability for user to save website as a 'Favourite' in web browser - Free membership subscription sign-up form including preview page, Legal notice & thank you page - Sign-up form for webcam models that can be submitted to my email address - Secure member login access - Thumbnail preview of profiles - Include Flash pre-recorded short film (flv) in a continual loop on home page. *I have the domain registered already, and the color/theme in mind.I also have the billing company all setup and ready for this new site.
