convert .psd design into cms site

I'v created a website design in Photoshop. Everything is complete in terms of design, images, navigation, etc. You will need to: - slice psd into the various gif/jpegs - all text pages (5 in total + home page) needs to be editable through a backend - If you have flash knowledge, added bonus as you could offer to create a flash header & buttons I need this completed ASAP. I chose a small budget as the design and content is already taken care off. Should not take you very long to complete.
