Create a theme for vBulletin or IPB or myBB forum

Hello dears freelancers, I was to pay 75$ for a freelancer that would make for me the design mockup of the forum and creating for the same a theme/template/style for the forum software that where is work best. So the rest of the money that was divided on milestones in 2 will be for this project. I want a theme/style/template, for a forum software that you know work with.
