Appraisal Website Creation

Creation of a website. It will be for solicitation of appraisal projects over the internet. It will emulate the site at [login to view URL] in all ways as to funtion, features and abilities. I would want mascots created to help "steer" people around the site, much like the "little old guy" used on my competitor's site. I need a total package price, without equivocation, that the package price includes all the features, capacities, abilities and informational postings of the above listed site. In addition, I want to put some other information on the site about the technical aspects of appraising. I will need a cost per page for the posting of this information. I want to host the site on an appropriate site, so I would like help in getting this accomplished. The site will contain all the information as comtained in the site I have created at [login to view URL] I will write additional requirements over and above the information contained at the above address on another site at [login to view URL] Please go to this address for my email address and email directly, so that we can be sure we are on the same page. I do not want any misunderstandings. If it is legal on this service, I would like to work directly with the coder. Is this possible? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform It must be written in HTML, I assume or another language suitable for website publication. ## Deadline information Must be completed by May 1, 2003. It must be installed and working on the geocities server, which is a free service, by March 1, 2003. I only want coders who will work directly with me, if rentacoder allows such communication. I want to be given weekly updates and I want access to the site as it is constructed. I will write all the information to be placed on the site, but some minor changes may have to be made, so all bids should allow for 10% change order.
