BUILD A WEBSITE TO HOST MY VIDEO

I NEED A WEBSITE BUILT TO HOST A VIDEO PRESENTATION

The Video is MP4 and is 1 hour long and has already been recorded . The Website and video will need to have the following features :

**** Overall i would like the theme of the website to be nice but fairly simple...meaning no Branding or Logos or elaborate graphic design will be added

1) Once the user starts watching the video I DO NOT WANT them to be able to "go back" or "go forward" on the video. Once they start watching it they must watch the entire thing without advancing or rewinding it.

2) At the final 30 seconds of the video I want a "Buy Now" button to appear below the video....This link must not show up on the website until the final 30 seconds of the video. The link will link them to my main website where they can actually make the purchase at...The site your doing will not need to accept payment or anything like that.

3) Below the "Buy Now" button i would like a timer that comes up that gives them 15 minutes to purchase the product.....so they visually need to see this timer on the website "counting down".....Below the timer its will say something like "Act now within 15 minutes and get the following bonuses- and then list the bonuses below. I will give you an example of the timer once your chosen.

I have far more work than just this project which will include 2 other websites that i need built so do good work and offer good price and this will work out very well for you :)
